Jonathan Mergele, Artistic Director, is an artist and maker with an extensive background in interiors and a passion for collectible furniture and design.

Becky Amsel, Creative Director, is experienced in art advisory and collection management, design and build project management, public relations, and marketing.

Fairfax Dorn, Principal, brings her passion for design and her long-time career with non-profit arts organizations to FDP. Fairfax co-founded Ballroom Marfa in 2003 and serves on the boards of Ballroom Marfa, the Judd Foundation, Foundation of Art and Preservation in Embassies, Calder Gardens, and the Whitney Museum of American Art.
